Old Skl and Buffie are both from the healthcare field. Between us we have many certifications. For many years we have been advocates for the use of cannabis for medical purposes. Old Skl and Buffie have traveled across the country, Denver, New Orleans, Chicago, St. Louis, San Diego, and North Carolina, to discuss the benefits of cannabis. Alaska does not recognize the use of cannabis in the medical community. We still believe in providing quality cannabis for those that want to use it.

Michael has been an advocate of marijuana for over 35 years. Old Skl aka Michael came to Alaska in 1998 transferring from a hospital in eastern Washington State. Michael moved to Wasilla, the “pot” capital of Alaska, to continue his cannabis advocacy. Old Skl worked at one of the primary treatment centers in Anchorage for over 10 years. In 2010, Old Skl surrendered his license to start advocating full time for the use of medical marijuana. He was a caregiver helping those who have medical marijuana cards (MMC) and the others, prior to the requirement of MMC’s, to acquire their medicine.

Buffie is currently enrolled in a dual master’s program. Buffie has worked in our local hospitals for over ten years. Buffie has served as the president of the Alaska chapter of the Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN). She left Alaska to get her bachelors in nursing at Winston Salem State University in North Carolina. While in North Carolina Buffie worked at Duke University Hospital and the University North Carolina Medical Center (UNC).

Old Skl and Buffie are not focused on quantity but instead on quality. We are hoping to be considered a "boutique" cultivator of cannabis. We do not want to change our style of growing cannabis in order to mass produce a product that we are not proud to market. We aggressively seek to be in compliance with the Alaska state marijuana cannabis board rules and regulations. As healthcare professionals we make a safe, toxin and mold free cannabis products. We provide our customers with the most up to date products based on our research.
